We promise to treat you with the honesty and respect you deserve. We pride ourselves on the quality of all our jewelry and we want you to be equally proud in wearing any purchase from our store. Whether it’s your first or your tenth order, you become part of our family. We pledge to help you find the perfect jewelry piece to surprise and delight you — we sincerely hope you’ll keep coming back, and we invite you to be a part of our family for many years to come.
How Do I Place An Order?
All of our jewelry is handcrafted, so expect some slight variation among pieces of jewelry even of the same style.
To order, just place the item you want in the checkout basket and follow the screen prompts to check out.
Remember, the correct ring size is important. We can make any size from 2 to 22 (if you think you wear over a 22, you can send us a zip tie that fits and we’ll make it). If you are ordering a wide ring, please order ½ size larger than you normally wear.
Orders generally ship within a week, and sooner if we have an item in stock. Domestic shipping is free, we ship orders under $100.00 via First Class Mail and orders over $100.00 ship via Priority Mail. If you are out of the United States, we can ship, but must charge for postage.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns except for exchanges or store credit. If your jewelry doesn’t fit or is not quite what you expected, please contact us to correct the issue. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange unless there has been a mistake in ring size.
Your jewelry is as special as you are, so please treat it with care. We suggest a ring stand or jewelry box with separated compartments to minimize scratching or rubbing.
Remember to remove your jewelry before using a hot tub or swimming pool — these contain chemicals which can damage or discolor your jewelry. Also remove rings before using household cleaning products, which may contain bleach, alcohol, or acetone.
Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cotton cloth to keep it looking great. Gently wipe off excess makeup and skin oils after wearing. Polishing cloths are perfect for this, available from any jeweler and many other jewelry sellers.
To remove smudges, fingerprints, light grease, or dirt, add a small amount of mild liquid dish soap to a half cup of hot water, soak about 1 minute, then rinse and dry with a soft cotton cloth. Be very careful when using commercial silver dip! Overuse can cause damage to precious metals. Use sparingly, and only if tarnish will not come off using other methods. Never leave jewelry pieces in silver cleaning dip for longer than 10 seconds. Avoid using silver dips for pieces with gem stones, especially turquoise, amber, opal, and pearls, since they are porous and will absorb the cleaner.
Your privacy is important to us and rest assured we will do everything we can do protect it and you. We will never share your information with any other person, group or agency – EVER.
